Provider identification: as a Polish service provider we identify ourselves under art. 5 of the Polish Act on the provision of services by electronic means (ustawa o świadczeniu usług drogą elektroniczną). For German readers, the equivalent provision is § 5 DDG (Digitale-Dienste-Gesetz, successor to § 5 TMG). The required particulars are those set out under “Service provider” and “Registration and tax identifiers” above.

Sales and payments

Out-of-court dispute resolution
The European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025, and Regulation (EU) 524/2013 was repealed by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228. There is no platform to link to.
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
A consumer may still use the out-of-court routes available under Polish law. The Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa) operates mediation and a consumer arbitration court; the authorised entities are listed by UOKiK at polubowne.uokik.gov.pl; and the district or municipal consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów) advises consumers free of charge. A consumer resident in another EU state may ask the European Consumer Centres Network at eccnet.eu for assistance — the ECC advises and assists, it does not decide disputes.
Because Paddle is the merchant of record, a dispute about payment, invoicing or tax is a dispute with Paddle. Write to us first at support@cibher.eu and we will tell you which of us it belongs to.
