CIBHER is not yet available. No installable build exists on any platform, and nothing on this page can be purchased today — the buttons below are disabled for that reason. What follows describes the product as specified, not as shipped.

Post-quantum document encryption (ML-KEM-768 + AES-256-GCM), with hardware-bound activation. Delivery is separate and conventional — TLS 1.3, or TLS 1.2 where you enable it for a server that needs it. Every subscription is billed annually and licenses one machine on tiers Small to XL, or one machine per seat on the Enterprise, Edu and Medical tiers; tiers otherwise differ only by how many files you may encrypt per term. Checkout is processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, which calculates your local currency and taxes and issues the VAT invoice.

Before you buy: licenses are currently issued by hand, so a license does not arrive instantly — issuance follows a review and we do not put a time bound on it. Support is by email, with a target first response within five business days during Polish business hours.

Licenses are delivered by email as a License Key you type into the app, and bind to one machine's hardware. A subscription runs for a year; if it lapses, the machine returns to the free tier and keeps working as a full decryptor — your sending addresses are disabled but never deleted, and return exactly as configured when you renew. The free tier remains a full, unlimited decryptor and needs no license at all.

Right of withdrawal. If you buy as a consumer you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Separately and regardless, our Refund Policy gives every purchaser a full refund without cause within 14 days of the day the license is issued, or 14 days of purchase — whichever ends later. The governing terms are in Terms of Service — Your right of withdrawal, if you are a consumer.
